4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.
5. Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. HOTLIFT EUA does not store your payment information.
6. Shipping Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. HOTLIFT EUA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
