Free Shipping on All US Orders We offer free standard shipping on every order placed within the United States — no minimum purchase required, no codes needed. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–11 business days.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@hotlift-usa.com.
Shipping Carriers We work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address.
Delivery Issues If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark items as delivered prematurely
- Contact us at info@hotlift-usa.com if the issue persists
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HOTLIFT EUA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@hotlift-usa.com — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages HOTLIFT EUA is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
