How to Start a Return Email us at info@hotlift-usa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition and packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@hotlift-usa.com. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice.
